Experience Management and XLA®
The Train the Trainer program prepares candidates to deliver training in Experience Management (XM) and XLA. The program covers the Introduction and Foundation of XM and XLA training courses, followed by five days of personal instruction and 2.5 days of on-the-job training course execution. Certified trainers also participate in annual coaching.
