Course description
The Train the Trainer (TTT) program for new Experience Management (XM) and XLA® trainers takes place onsite and takes a minimum of 10 days, plus annual coaching. The program aims to prepare trainers to deliver consistent, high-quality, and inspiring
XM and XLA® trainings. Trainer candidates are nominated by Giarte's client. The candidates' cv will then be reviewed by the Giarte trainer. If the candidate fits the job description (available upon request), a first interview will be held. Based on that, Giarte
and the client decide if the candidate will be a good fit for the TTT program.
Examination and certification
If it’s a “go”, trainer candidates participate in and successfully complete both the Introduction to Experience Management and XLA® training (half
day) and the Basics of Experience Management and XLA® training (two days). After candidates pass both exams, they will be TTT trained for five days by the Giarte trainer and receive one on one mentoring (minimum 2.5 days) when delivering both trainings
for the first time. If candidates pass both classroom trainings, they become a certified XLA® Trainer. Certification can get annually renewed after the yearly evaluation day.
